Paul is an innovative, results-oriented senior management professional with 30 years of solid experience in aviation. As owner of TATE Aviation Services, Inc., he provides comprehensive, independent on-site technical representation for business aircraft undergoing interior outfitting, major maintenance or modification. Prior to TATE Aviation Services, Paul was Executive Vice President/General Manager at KC Aviation where he directed and controlled all operations at the Appleton and Westfield facilities to meet profit objectives.

Earlier in his career, Paul was a Challenger Field Service Representative and Gulfstream Flight Mechanic in Saudi Arabia for ARAMCO. In addition to holding his A&P license, Paul was a Designated Mechanic Examiner for the FAA. Paul’s excellent skills in communications, leadership, troubleshooting and motivation support him as he effectively interacts with staff, customers and executive management. He has regularly interfaced with numerous company CEOs and high level management in business aircraft sales, contract negotiations and business transactions.
