LONDON, UK — Freestream Aircraft Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mauro D’Angelo as a
member of its aircraft sales team, effective March 1, 2026. Mauro brings more than two decades of distinguished
service in the U.S. Intelligence Community, combined with deep civil aviation experience, making him an
exceptional addition to Freestream’s world-class sales team.

A Colorado native and graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County and the National Defense
University — holding a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies and an MA in Strategic Studies — Mauro has spent the
greater part of his career at the intersection of national security and international affairs. As a seasoned senior
federal officer, he established and managed relationships across the Intelligence Community, the U.S.
Government, the private sector, and academia, deploying unique talents, rigorous training, and foreign language
skills to advance objectives and deliver outcomes.

Prior to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Mauro served as an executive and commercial aircraft trader
based in the Washington DC area, before relocating to Europe and playing a pivotal role in establishing what
would become Italy’s largest private airline, Air One. Recruited to federal service during the post-9/11 Intelligence
Surge, he has continued to serve the United States with distinction since that time.
